Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal As a customer of Vinci Gadgets via WiREO, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Return conditions We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, including all accessories, manuals and packaging.
2. The return must be registered and sent within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.
3. The product must be well packaged and protected to prevent damage during return shipment.
4. The costs for returning the product are for the buyer.

Returns procedure Follow these steps to submit a return request:

1. Please contact our customer service at info@vinci-gadgets.nl to register your return and request the returns form.
2. Complete the returns form completely and add it to the return shipment.
3. Pack the product securely and send it to the return address you received from our customer service.
4. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will begin processing your return.

Refund Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days.

Exceptions Some products cannot be returned due to their nature or hygiene regulations. You will find our hygiene policy here
