Article 1 Definitionss 1.1 In these general terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
- “Vinci Gadgets, we, us or our: Vinci Gadgets, established in Eibergen, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under Chamber of Commerce number 89735749 and VAT identification number NL004753007B10.007B10.
- “Customer, you or your: the natural person or legal entity who purchases a product or service from Vinci Gadgets, via WiREO as a distributor.teur.
Article 2 Applicabilityd 2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Vinci Gadgets and the customer, whereby products are sold through WiREO as a distributor, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.2 By placing an order with WiREO, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge the relationship between Vinci Gadgets and WiREO.
Article 3 Offers and Ordersn 3.1 All offers from Vinci Gadgets via WiREO are without obligation and subject to availability. 3.2 Orders are placed via the WiREO website, in collaboration with Vinci Gadgets. Vinci Gadgets reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Article 4 Prices and Paymentsn 4.1 The prices stated on the WiREO website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. 4.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods listed on the WiREO website, in collaboration with Vinci Gadgets. Vinci Gadgets uses secure payment methods to ensure the safety of transactions.
Article 5 Deliveryg 5.1 Vinci Gadgets strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible within the stated delivery time via WiREO. 5.2 Vinci Gadgets is not liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure or external circumstances.
Article 6 Right of withdrawal (Right of return)) 6.1 The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen days of receipt without giving any reason. Returns must meet the return conditions as stated on the Vinci Gadgets website.
Article 7 Warrantye 7.1 Vinci Gadgets offers a warranty on the delivered products in accordance with the legal provisions. The warranty conditions are stated on the Vinci Gadgets website.
Article 8 Privacy and Data Protectiong 8.1 Vinci Gadgets processes customer personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be found on the Vinci Gadgets website.
Article 9 Disputesn 9.1 Agreements between Vinci Gadgets and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 9.2 Disputes between Vinci Gadgets and the customer will initially be submitted to the competent court in the place of business of Vinci Gadgets.
Article 10 Intellectual Propertym 10.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the products, content and materials on the Vinci Gadgets website are the property of Vinci Gadgets or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use these materials without prior written permission.
Article 11 Liabilityd 11.1 Vinci Gadgets is not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect use of the delivered products. 11.2 Vinci Gadgets is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of the website or the products supplied.
Article 12 Force majeuret 12.1 In the event of force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, war or other unforeseen circumstances, Vinci Gadgets is not obliged to fulfill its obligations. Vinci Gadgets will inform the customer about the situation as soon as possible.
Article 13 Applicability to Third Partiesn 13.1 These general terms and conditions are exclusively intended for the relationship between Vinci Gadgets and the customer and are not transferable to third parties without written permission.
Article 14 Changes to General Terms and Conditionsn 14.1 Vinci Gadgets reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms and conditions will apply to orders placed after the date of the amendment.
Article 15 Complaints proceduree 15.1 Vinci Gadgets has a complaints procedure that customers can follow if they have a complaint about a product or service. The procedure and contact details for submitting complaints can be found on the Vinci Gadgets website.
Article 16 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolutiong 16.1 These general terms and conditions and all agreements between Vinci Gadgets and the customer, via WiREO as distributor, are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 16.2 Disputes arising from or related to these conditions or agreements will initially be submitted to the competent court in the place of business of Vinci Gadgets.

Article 17 Electronic Communicationse 17.1 By using the Vinci Gadgets website, the customer agrees to receive electronic communications, including newsletters and promotional messages. The customer has the option to unsubscribe from this communication at any time.
Article 18 Complete Agreementt 18.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Vinci Gadgets and the customer in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and arrangements.
Article 19 Severabilityd 19.1 If any provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
